Traveling to the recent past is easy depending on what year you’re from. What year are you from?
Shouldn´t a time traveler own a permit or some sort of certification?

You are correct. Time travelers are required to carry a license by the Time Authority. Licensing and time travel permitting are currently filtering down through time.
I want to time travel like Daniel Bassiago through DARPA when they sent him back to see the Gettysburg address. I know that phsyicists have proven time travel to be real. I want to time travel, can someone please help me do this?
